Mother's Meatloaf

Mother's Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1 clove garlic minced
1 1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yummy! Serve with mashed potatoes and a large green salad.
